Return/Exchange Policy

At Black Mountain, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied or need to exchange an item, please review our return and exchange policy below:

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

1. Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date.
2. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Certain items, such as underwear, swimwear, ropes, harnesses and personalized/customized items, may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene, safety or customization reasons. Please check the product description for any specific restrictions.
4. Returns or exchanges of sale or clearance items are subject to manager approval and may incur restocking fees.
Process for Returns/Exchanges:

1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process. You can reach us via phone, email, or visit our store in person.
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
3. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address if applicable.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if available) and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
5. Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part.
6. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange according to your preference.
7. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and exchanges will be processed promptly based on product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement, repair, or refund as necessary.

In-Store Returns/Exchanges: Customers who prefer to make returns or exchanges in person can visit our store during business hours. Please bring the item along with the original receipt or proof of purchase, and our staff will assist you with the process.
